Water, Sewer, Electric
The City of Troy provides electric, water and sewer to Troy residents.
For after hours utility (water or electric) emergency calls, please contact the Doniphan County Sheriff’s Office at 785-985-3543. They will contact the person on-call.
Connection fees:
Electric – $100
Water and sewer – $50
Other Services
Telephone, cable, internet, natural gas/propane, and trash services are available through various service providers.
