ORDINANCE NO. 280
An Ordinance amending Section Two (2) of Ordinance No. 249 of the City of Troy, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF TROY, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section Two (2) of Ordinance No. 249 of said city be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Light and Refrigeration Schedule “A”
For the first 50 KWH — 9¢ per KWH
For the next 50 KWH — 7¢ per KWH
All over 100 KWH — 5¢ per KWH
Minimum charge of $1.00 per meter per month.
SECTION 2. That Section Two (2) of Ordinance No. 249 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval and its publication in The Kansas Chief.
