ORDINANCE NO. 278
An Ordinance Amending Sections 3 and 5 of Ordinance #249 of the City of Troy.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Troy
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance #249 of said City be and is hereby amended to read:
“Power with motor totaling 2 horse power or over, Schedule “B” for the first 30 KW 6¢ per month; 50 KW 4¢; and for all over 80 KW 3¢ and thereafter a minimum charge of $3.00 per meter per month.”
Section 5 of Ordinance 249 is hereby amended to read:
“Electric Cooking Schedule ‘C’
3¢ per KW and there shall be a minimum charge of $2.00 per meter per month.”
Section 2. Section 3 and Section 5 of the original ordinance #249 is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval and publication in the Kansas Chief.
