ORDINANCE NO. 273
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION FIVE (5) OF ORDINANCE NO. 269, FIXING THE LICENSE FEES FOR PLUMBERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF TROY, KANSAS.
SECTION ONE (1). THAT SECTION FIVE (5) of Ordinance No. 269 be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Any person having passed the examination for Plumbers as provided for in Ordinance No. 269, shall pay to the City of Troy, Kansas, before receiving his license, the sum of $5.00 for a master plumbing license, that is an employing plumber, and for a practical or journeyman plumber, the sum of $2.00 for his said license for the fiscal year.
SECTION TWO (2). This ordinance shall, be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval and its publication in the Kansas Chief.
