The Troy 4-H Pond is located on the west city limits of the City of Troy and accessed through the 4-H grounds.  The pond is an approximate 5 acre facility with fishing and picnic area open to the general public. 

The pond is patrolled by the City of Troy Police Department and Kansas Wildlife and Parks.  State of Kansas requirements for fishing licenses and fish size limitations are applicable.

Channel Catfish - 15 inch minimum, 5 fish daily creel limit

Crappie - 10 fish daily creel limit

Flathead Catfish - 5 fish daily creel limit

Largemouth Bass - 18 inch minimum length limit, 2 fish daily limit.
