Leonard L Clary Community Building

The Leonard L. Clary Community Center was erected in 2005 by the City of Troy.  It is a 4,500 square feet facility with tables and chairs to accommodate approximately 350 people.  The center offers a full service kitchen with refrigerators, ranges, ovens and a microwave.

The land on which the Community Center is located was donated to the City of Troy by Unified School District 429.  Accordingly, the rental rates for use of this building differ for School District residents and non-school district residents.

The rental rate for School District 429 Residents is $100.00.

The rental rate for non-school district 429 residents is $200.00

Anyone renting the center is required to provide a $250.00 cleaning deposit at the time of rental.  The rental agreement/lease must be completed at Troy City Hall approximately one (1) week prior to the scheduled rental date.

Please contact Troy City Hall to determine availability on any specific date.
