Troy City Council met at Troy City Hall on HMarch 25, 2019 in special session.  Mayor Robert Jenkins called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.  Others present were council members Tim Hanlan, Carolyn Clary, Hobert Clary, and Stan Ruhnke, City Clerk Jane Boeh, and City Attorney Alan Boeh.  Council member Sarah Boeh-Cerra, having waived notice of special meeting, was not present.. 

Hobert Clary moved to rescind motion of March 19, 2019 meeting to accept contract by Snyder and Associates on the water project subject to getting the search grant and to have MAPS assist in the process.  Hanlan seconded the motion and it carried.

Upon future review including contractual information not at the March 19, 2019 meeting and review of new information Hobert Clary moved to award the engineering for the water project to BG Consultants, Inc. subject to getting the search grant and to have MAPS assist in the process.  Hanlan seconded the motion and it carried.  Mayor Jenkins executed the contract.

Hobert Clary moved to adjourn at 6:45 p.m.  Hanlan seconded the motion and it carried.
