MotionwasmadebyStanRuhnke,secondbyMichealBrissetttoapprovetheminutesoftheMay18,2021.Vote-unanimouswiththoseCouncilmemberspresent.Motioncarried.

TheCouncilreviewedanddiscussedthebillspresented.

MotionwasmadebyMichealBrissett,secondbyTimHanlantoapprovethebills aslistedAPandUBcheckregisterchecknumber12545thru12567intheamountof$31,682.74.Vote-unanimouswiththoseCouncilmemberspresent.Motioncarried.

CouncilmemberCodyMillerarrivedat6:35p.m.

ChiefofPoliceDougDuncanpresentedtheCouncilwithanuisancepropertylistfortheirconsideration. Discussion followed.The Council instructed the Chief of Police to proceedaccordingtotheCityordinanceregardingthematter.

WorkingSupervisorJim Homer and the Councildiscussedthe matter of utility maps fortheDCDevelopmentpropertyonLast ChanceRoad.

CityAttorneyAlanBoehpresentedtheCouncilwithabuildingpermitfromJohnKellerto remove an old carport and put in an 18' X 21' carport at 136 W. Walnut.Discussionfollowed.

Motion was made by Tim Hanlan, secondby CodyMiller to approvethe buildingpermitforJohnKellertoremoveanoldcarportandputinan18'X21'carportat136W.Walnut.Vote

TheCouncilacknowledgedtheirthanksandgratitudetoGirlScoutTroop1615andtheirTroop Leader Theresa Root for planting flowers around the flag pole at the Leonard ClaryCommunityBuildingandforthecontinuingcareoftheflowers.

MayorSarah J. Boeh-Cerrarequesteda momentof silence in honor of the service andsacrificeofourNationsfallensoldiers.
