Notice to Troy Businesses, Churches, and residential utility customers:
You have until December 15, 2025 to sign up for the 10% outside Christmas Lighting discount if you have a display of outside Christmas lights this year. This discount will be off your electric usage from the middle of December to the middle of January, which is reflected on your February 1, 2026 billing. Please contact City Hall (985-2101 or 985-2265), Monday through Friday, except holidays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. to sign up, you can also sign up at troykansas.com or on our City of Troy Facebook page. Please note churches with outside displays lighted at night and businesses with Christmas window light displays on in the evenings can sign up also.
