Ordinance No. 97

An Ordinance Vacating All of High Street in the Original Town (Now City) of Troy and Vacating the Alleys in Certain Blocks

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:

Section 1.

That all of High Street in the original Town (now City) of Troy, as shown by the map thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Doniphan County, Kansas, be, and the same is hereby, vacated.

Section 2.

That the alleys running through Blocks Forty-three (43), Forty-four (44), Forty-five (45), Forty-six (46), Forty-seven (47), Forty-eight (48), and Forty-nine (49) in said original Town of Troy be, and the same are hereby, vacated.

Section 3.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in The Weekly Kansas Chief.
