Ordinance No. 80

An Ordinance Vacating High Street and the Alleys in Blocks 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, and 49

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:

Section 1.

So much of High Street as lies between the full blocks and half blocks in the City of Troy, numbered Forty-four (44), Forty-five (45), Forty-six (46), Forty-seven (47), Forty-eight (48), and Forty-nine (49), is hereby declared permanently vacated.

Section 2.

All of the alleys in the aforesaid blocks are also hereby declared permanently vacated.

Section 3.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in The Weekly Kansas Chief.
