Ordinance No. 75

An Ordinance Relating to Shooting Galleries and the Like

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:

Section 1.

Any person desiring to keep a shooting gallery, or to set up and maintain any kind of target-shooting apparatuswithin the City of Troy, shall first obtain a license from the City for that purpose and shall pay one dollar ($1.00) per day for such license.

Section 2.

Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than ten dollars ($10.00) for each offense.

Section 3.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in The Weekly Kansas Chief.
