An Ordinance Vacating Certain Streets and Alleys

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:

Section 1.

The following public ways in Normal Addition to the City of Troy are hereby vacated:

  • The alley between Lots 1 and 10.
  • The street between Blocks 2 and 3.
  • The street between Lots 1 and 10 in Block 1.
  • The street west of Block 3, between Block 3 and Lane Street.

All of the foregoing being located in Normal Addition to the City of Troy, are hereby vacated.

Section 2.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication.
