An Ordinance Vacating Certain Streets and Alleys

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:

Section 1.

The following streets and alleys in N. N. Jones Addition to the City of Troy are hereby vacated:

  • The street between Blocks 5 and 6.
  • The alley in Block 5.
  • The street between Blocks 4 and 5.
  • The alley in Block 4.
  • The street between Blocks 3 and 4.
  • The alley in Block 3.
  • The street between Blocks 1 and 6.
  • The alley in Block 1.

Section 2.

This ordinance shall be in force on and after its publication.
