An Ordinance in Relation to Certain Appropriations.
Be it Ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Sec. 1. There is hereby appropriated quarterly, out of the general fund of the City of Troy, an amount sufficient to pay the salaries of the officers of the City of Troy, as the same shall become due and payable, as provided by the ordinances creating such offices, or fixing the compensation thereof.
Sec. 2. The mayor and clerk are hereby instructed to draw orders quarterly, and monthly where any officer is entitled by ordinance to be paid monthly, on the City Treasurer, to pay said salaries to the parties respectively entitled thereto.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in pamphlet form.
