Ordinance No. 30

An Ordinance Repealing Original Ordinance No. 30 and Ordinance No. 67

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:

Section 1.

That Original Ordinance No. 30 and Ordinance No. 67, relating to license taxes for hacks, omnibuses, and other vehicles, are hereby repealed.

Section 2.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in pamphlet form.
