ORDINANCE NO. 265
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF TROY, DONIPHAN COUNTY, KANSAS:
SECTION ONE. That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to trespass on or about the water tank, owned and operated by the City of Troy, located at the west end of Poplar Street, in the City of Troy, Doniphan County, Kansas.
SECTION TWO. That any person or persons who shall violate this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in the sum not exceeding $25.00.
SECTION THREE. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication in the Kansas Chief.
