ORDINANCE NO. 263
An Ordinance authorizing the repeal of Ordinance No. 261, an ordinance authorizing the issuance of $60,000.00 Sewer Bonds.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF TROY, DONIPHAN COUNTY, KANSAS:
SECTION ONE. That Ordinance No. 261, an ordinance authorizing the issuance of Internal Improvements Bonds in the sum of $60,000.00 for the purpose of providing funds for the construction of a sewer system for the City of Troy, Kansas, and its inhabitants is hereby repealed.
SECTION TWO. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval and its publication in the Kansas Chief, the official city paper.
