ORDINANCE NO. 260
An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 258 and Ordinance No. 256.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF TROY, KANSAS:
SECTION (1) That Ordinance No. 258 and Ordinance No. 256 of the City of Troy, Doniphan County, Kansas, are hereby repealed.
SECTION (2) This ordinance is to take effect and be in full force after its passage and publication in the Kansas Chief, the official city paper.
