ORDINANCE NO. 257
An ordinance authorizing the repeal of Ordinance No. 256, an ordinance authorizing the issuance of $76,000.00 sewer bonds.
SECTION (1). Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Troy, Kansas that Ordinance No. 256, an ordinance authorizing the issuance of Internal Improvements bonds in the sum of $76,000.00 for the purpose of providing funds for a sewer system, an out-fall sewer and sewage disposal plant is hereby repealed.
SECTION (2). This ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication in the Kansas Chief.
