Be it ordained by the Governing Body of the City of Troy, Kansas;
Section (1) That on the first Monday in April, 1929, an election will be held at the Court House in the City of Troy, Doniphan County, Kansas, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of electing the following officers:
Mayor
Five Councilmen
Police Judge
Section (2) This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication in the Kansas Chief.
