Ordinance #246
An Ordinance establishing the grade on Park Street from State Street to Walnut Street.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Troy, Doniphan County, Kansas.
Section (1) That the grade on the West Side of Park Street from State Street to Walnut Street is as follows:
Beginning at a point on corner of Block #30 six feet above center of pavement directly north, elevation of said point being 100.0, running north 300 feet on a uniform grade to the north-east corner of said Block, elevation 95.6, across Poplar Street to south-east corner of Block 144, elevation 93.4, north on a uniform grade to the North-east corner of said Block, elevation 87.9, against Chestnut Block 45 elevation 86.9, north on a uniform grade 200 feet, elevation 81.07; north 100 feet to the north-west corner of said Block, elevation 76.8.
Section (2) This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from the date of its publication in the Kansas Chief.
