An Ordinance vacating the West 230 feet of Poplar Street in the City of Troy, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Troy, Doniphan County, Kansas.
Section (1) That all of the West 230 feet of Poplar Street in the City of Troy, Doniphan County, Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section (2) This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the day of its first publication in the Kansas Chief.
