Ordinance #226
An Ordinance making a tax levy for that part of the Federal Aid pavement within the City Limits of Troy, located on Boone Street.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Section I. That a levy of one and one-half (1½) mills be levied on all taxable property of the City of Troy for the purpose of paying for bonds to be issued and for payment due thereon assessed against the City of Troy in Project #116 located on Boone Street.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication in the Kansas Chief.
Passed and approved this 9 day of Oct. A.D. 1923.
