Ordinance 217
An ordinance relating to the levy of taxes.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy, Kansas:
Sec. I. That in addition to all other tax levies made by the City of Troy for the years 1921 and 1922 there is hereby levied an additional tax of eleven (11) mills on the dollar on all the taxable property in said City of Troy, Kansas, for the purpose of raising an interest and sinking fund to pay off accrued and accruing interest and principal on paving bonds for the years 1921 and 1922, issued to contractors for said improvement.
Sec. II. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication in the Kansas Chief.
