An ordinance repealing Ordinance #209.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy, Kansas:
Sec. I. That Ordinance #209 of the City of Troy relating to the building of sidewalks on Park Street be and the same is hereby repealed.
Sec. II. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication in the Kansas Chief.
