An Ordinance Extending the Limits of the City of Troy
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy, Doniphan County, Kansas, as follows:
Section 1.
That the following described territory divided into lots, and lying adjacent to Troy aforesaid, to-wit: The northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 20, township 3, range 21, and so much of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of said section as is covered or included in Hayton’s Addition to the City of Troy aforesaid, are declared to be a part of the City of Troy, for all purposes whatever.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its publication in the Doniphan County Republican, a newspaper published in Troy aforesaid.
