Ordinance No. 196
An ordinance approving plans, specifications and estimates for street improvements as prepared by E. Kircher & Company, Engineers of the City of Troy, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy, Kansas:
Sec. 1. That the plans, specifications and estimates as prepared by E. Kircher & Company, Consulting Engineers, acting as and designated as the City Engineer of the City of Troy, Kansas, covering street improvements contemplated for Poplar Street from Main Street to Centre Street; Centre Street from Poplar Street to State Street; State Street from Centre Street to Park Street; Park Street from State Street to Jones Street; Jones Street from Park Street to Country Road; be and the same is hereby approved and ordered placed on file with the City Clerk.
Sec. II. This ordinance shall be in full force and in effect from and after its publication in the Kansas Chief as required by law.
