Ordinance No. 181
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Sec. I.
The Mayor and Council are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to approve and execute the contract with the Missouri Railway, Light and Power Company to furnish electric current to the City of Troy for a term of five years, beginning June 3, 1920, and ending June 3, 1925, with the option of the said City to extend the same for another period of five years from June 3, 1925.
Sec. II.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication in the Weekly Kansas Chief.
