Ordinance No. 179
An ordinance repealing licenses and license taxes.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Sec. I.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances relating to business licenses and providing for payment of license taxes are hereby repealed.
Sec. II.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Sec. III.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication in the Weekly Kansas Chief.
