Ordinance No. 176
Be it ordained by the Mayor and the Council of the City of Troy, Kansas:
Sec. I.
The Mayor and Council are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to approve the contract made and entered into for the grading, excavating, paving, curbing and guttering and otherwise improving certain streets in the City of Troy, Kansas, said contract being between J. F. Cavender & Co. and the City of Troy, Kansas.
Sec. II.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force after its publication one time in the Kansas Chief.
