Ordinance No. 171
An ordinance approving the plans and specifications for street improvements as prepared by Archer & Stevens, Consulting Engineers, for the City of Troy, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Troy, Kansas, that the plans and specifications and estimates as prepared by Archer and Stevens, Consulting Engineers, for the City of Troy, Kansas, acting as engineers for the City of Troy, Kansas, covering the street improvements of said City, be and the same is hereby approved and ordered placed on file with the City Clerk.
Sec. II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication in the Kansas Chief as required by law.
