An ordinance vacating all that part of Fourth Street in East Troy, an addition to the town, now City of Troy, extending from Boone Street on the south to Wilson Street on the north and lying between Blocks 25 and 32 in said East Troy.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Sec. I. That all of Fourth Street in East Troy, an addition to the town, now City of Troy, and extending from Boone Street on the south to Wilson Street on the north and lying between Blocks 25 and 32, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Sec. II. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication in the Weekly Kansas Chief.
