Ordinance No. 164
An ordinance extending the limits of the City of Troy.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Sec. I. That the corporate limits of the City of Troy are hereby extended so as to include the following adjacent lands, to wit: all of Block 35 of the original town, now the City of Troy, and said lands are hereby declared to be a part of the City of Troy, subject to all the laws of the city now in force, or that may be enacted by the Mayor and Councilmen thereof.
Sec. II. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its publication in the Weekly Kansas Chief.
