Ordinance No. 158
An ordinance prohibiting the erection and maintenance of bill boards in the City of Troy, and providing punishment for the violation of said ordinance.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Sec. I. That it shall be unlawful for any person, company or corporation to erect or maintain in the City of Troy any bill board or similar structure for the display of advertisements.
Sec. II. Any person, company or corporation found guilty of a violation of Section I of this ordinance shall, on conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) and not exceeding Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
Sec. III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication in the Weekly Kansas Chief.
