Ordinance No. 144
An ordinance to designate the place where the election to elect city officers on the third day of April, 1911, shall be held.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Sec. I. That the election to elect a Mayor and two Councilmen and a Police Judge for the City of Troy, Doniphan County, Kansas, shall be held at the Court House in Justice Strong’s office, in the City of Troy, Doniphan County, Kansas.
Sec. II. That said ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication in the Weekly Kansas Chief.
