Purchasing Material Ordinance
An ordinance authorizing and empowering the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy, Kansas, to purchase material and make contracts and to sign the same for the purchase of electricity for electric lights, and for building electric lines to conduct and transmit said electricity to the said City of Troy.
Be it enacted by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Sec. I. That the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy, Kansas, are hereby empowered and authorized to purchase material and make contracts and to sign the same for the purchase of electricity for electric lights, and for building electric lines to conduct and transmit said electricity to the said City of Troy.
Sec. II. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication in the Weekly Kansas Chief.
