Ordinance No. 137
An ordinance relating to the running of automobiles and motor vehicles in the City of Troy.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Sec. I. It shall be unlawful for any owner or person in charge of any automobile or other motor vehicle to run the same, or to allow the same to be run, upon any of the streets of the City of Troy at a speed exceeding ten miles an hour.
Sec. II. Any person violating Section One (1) of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.
Sec. III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication in the Weekly Kansas Chief.
