Ordinance No. 133
An Ordinance Making a Tax Levy for the City of Troy for the Year 1910.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Section 1
That for general revenue purposes for the year 1910, there shall be levied upon all taxable property within the City of Troy two (2) mills on the dollar of the assessed valuation of the property.
Section 2
That for opening and grading streets, and for improvements of the public squares and alleys, for the building of street crossings, and for the construction and repair of bridges, culverts, and sewers, and for other public improvements during the year 1910, there shall be levied upon the taxable property within the City of Troy one and one-half (1½) mills on the dollar of the assessed valuation.
Section 3
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in The Weekly Kansas Chief.
