Ordinance No. 123

An Ordinance in Relation to Holding a City Election.

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Troy, Kansas:

Section 1.

That on the first Monday in April, 1907, an election be held at the office of J. Frank Brown, in the Miller Building, in the City of Troy, Doniphan County, Kansas, between the hours of eight (8:00) o’clock A.M. and six (6:00) o’clock P.M., for the purpose of electing:

  • Mayor,
  • Police Judge, and
  • Five Councilmen.

Section 2.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in The Weekly Kansas Chief.
