Ordinance No. 118
An Ordinance Levying a City Tax for the Year 1905.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy, Kansas:
Section 1. That there is hereby levied on all taxable real and personal property within the corporate limits of the City of Troy a tax of three (3) mills on the dollar for general purposes for the year 1905.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in The Weekly Kansas Chief.
