Ordinance No. 117
An Ordinance Levying a City Tax for the Year 1904.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Troy, Kansas:
Section 1. That there is hereby levied on all the taxable real and personal property within the corporate limits of the City of Troy a tax of three (3) mills on the dollar for general purposes for the year 1904.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in The Weekly Kansas Chief.
