Ordinance No. 109
An Ordinance Relating to Chickens Running at Large, and Providing a Penalty for the Same.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person owning or having the care of any chickens to permit them to run at large within the limits of this city.
Section 2. Any person or persons violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction before the Police Judge, be fined in a sum not exceeding ten dollars ($10.00).
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in pamphlet form.
