Ordinance No. 106
An Ordinance Prohibiting Camping or Tenting on Any Streets, and Providing a Penalty for the Same.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to camp or tent upon any of the streets or alleys of the City of Troy between the hours of 7:00 o’clock p.m. and 7:00 o’clock a.m.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined in a sum not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than ten dollars ($10.00).
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its publication in pamphlet form.
