Troy No. 1
An Ordinance Extending the Limits of the City of Troy
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy:
Section 1
That the corporation of the City of Troy is hereby extended so as to include the following adjacent lands, to-wit:
All that portion of the west half of the northeast quarter of Section No. twenty (20) in Township No. three (3) of Range No. twenty-one (21), lying north of the north line of the right-of-way of the Saint Joseph & Denver City Railroad Company, and included in Hayton’s Addition; and the said lands are hereby declared to be a part of the City of Troy, subject to all the laws of the city now in force, or that may be enacted by the Mayor and Council thereof.
Section 2
This ordinance shall take effect from and after its publication in pamphlet form.
