Ordinance #205
An ordinance establishing and fixing the street grade on State Street from Main to Center Street and repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy, Kansas:
Sec. I. That the street grade on State Street from the west line of Main Street to the east line of Center Street shall be established and fixed as follows:
West line of Main Street — 101.29 ft.
Center line of first alley west of Main Street — 101.80 ft.
Center line of Second Street — 105.50 ft.
Center line of first alley west of Second Street — 125.70 ft.
East line of Center Street — 121.80 ft.
Said points above given shall be connected by a straight line or vertical curves to give a smooth grade.
Sec. II. The bench marks from which these elevations are taken are as stated in Ordinance No. 174.
Sec. III. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Sec. IV. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication in the Kansas Chief.
