An ordinance making a special tax levy for the City of Troy, Kansas for 1920.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Troy, Kansas:
Sec. I. That for the purpose of paying for the grading, curbing, guttering and paving of the intersections of streets and alleys of the City of Troy, chargeable to the city at large there shall be levied upon all taxable property within said City of Troy eleven mills on the dollar on the assessed valuation of the property of the said City of Troy, Kansas.
Sec. II. That for the purpose of paying for the construction of a new sewer and drainage line in said city there shall be levied upon all taxable property within said City of Troy, one mill on the dollar on the assessed valuation of the property of said City of Troy, Kansas.
Sec. III. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication in the Kansas Chief.
